Katherine Heigl, the actress of "Grey's Anatomy," has up about how she was raised in a "white bubble" and how that realisation has impacted how she raises her multiracial adopted children. The "Firefly Lane" and "Grey's Anatomy" actor revealed in an interview recently that -- when it came to the color of her skin, she didn't care what she wore however, after speaking about her sister's age, who was adopted from South Korea, she realized how different society treated each of both. Meg was asked whether her treatment was different in the times they went out with their parents or the time they were on their own. Meg replied, "Oh, yeah, all the time!' Heigl addressed Parents about how she realized her ignorance. The actor said she became frustrated, but decided use that anger in order to assist adopt her daughters. Heigl as well as her long-time husband -- singer Josh Kelley -- have an infant son, aged 4 years old. Joshua Bishop Kelley, Jr. Their daughter Nancy Leigh was adopted from South Korea by the couple in 2009; Adalaide is an Black 8-year old girl that was adopted by the couple in 2012.
